Rath Jatra

Rath Jatra holds immense significance for our organization It is celebrated for nine joyous days. Our preparation begins a month prior. Throughout those days, we perform all rituals like crafting the Rath (chariot), placing the idols of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra. We grandly organize the procession of sacred Raths, and their return. We enthusiastically distribute Prasad, embraced by a multitude of participants. This grand celebration is a symbol of unity, spirituality, and festivity, fostering a sense of community and devotion among all involved. The vibrant Rath Jatra stands as a cherished tradition, deeply rooted in our organization’s cultural tapestry.

Saraswati Puja

On the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami, every year Saraswati puja is celebrated in our school. On this day we remain busy preparing for the puja events. Students gather in our school premises to worship and make offerings to Goddess Saraswati. They take part in the cultural program, perform dance, singing, and other activities and make the events joyful and momentous.

Independence Day

Every year, we celebrate Independence Day, honoring the sacrifices of freedom fighters of our country who dedicated their lives to regain our nation’s freedom. On this special day, the national flag is proudly hoisted by our secretary. We host cultural programs in which children and students enthusiastically participate in singing, dancing, recitation, and debates. It is a joyous occasion filled with excitement and a deep sense of patriotism.

RSSS observes Republic Day on the 26th of January annually, marking the day when our constitution came into effect, signifying India’s complete independence. It is a moment to take pride and promote unity and harmony, emphasizing the significance of our country’s constitution. At our organization premises, we hoist flags on our trust premises, bringing people together for a meaningful program. This day is a reminder of our shared values and the strength of our nation.
